| I had been looking online for didges for a few months, and in all that
time never found a site that I was more impressed with than yours. The
feel and look of your site has much integrity, beautiful design, lots of
information and easy to navigate. But most importantly to me, was that
in looking for a traditional, Aboriginal eucalyptus didge, you had a
sound file for EVERY ONE of your didges. Other shops said they did, but
I found that not to be true very frequently. I love a good looking
didge, but most of all as this was to be my first didge, I had to know
that the sound was right for me. And you made that possible. Thank you
so much. I went on to buy two didges immediately, and have sent a bunch
of my friends to you as well, who also bought some didges. Please keep
up your wonderful work. |

| I am a recently new student of the didgeridoo, having only played for 3 years. This February I was contracted by the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra to play didge for the New Music Festival. I played the piece "Sula" by the Finnish composer Helena Tulve. The conductor, Maestro Andrey Boroyeko, was pleased with my efforts, but was looking for one particular sound that I did not know how to produce. After the first rehearsal, I got onto the computer and poured over all of the "How To" info I could find. Your site was the most helpful. The inclusion of the mp3's along with frank, simple descriptions helped me figure out and quickly master the kookaburra sound, that which the Maestro was looking for. The performance was a success! It was recorded by and aired on the CBC.

| Thank you.
Didge on!!!!!

| I got the delivery today. Too much fun. I really like the ease and sound of the agave fiberglass...hoping that it helps me finally get the hang of the circular breathing. Thanks. |

| Hello Didg Store Folks:
I orded one of your "sale" blaze didges and it is excellent. If there was a flaw in the artwork - I couldn't find it. The mouthpiece was easier to play then other didges that we use and it is - really cool looking! Plus, it shipped and arrived quickly. I rate your store and internet store experience an AAAA+++. |
| Thanks!

| My husband brought me a eucalyptus didge from a business trip to Sydney but I couldn't figure out how to play it. The DVD by Grahm Doe was just what I needed. I was glad that you had the clips on the website, so I could get a glimpse of what the DVD was like before I bought it. I'm getting the hang of circular breathing...now it's time for some clapsticks. Thanks! Love your website. |

| First
of all I would like to say that your web site has been the most informative
and all out, the best site on yidakis that I have seen in my months of
research. You managed to describe the proper way to play, which is a first
for me. It is actually thanks to your information that I am able to play.
It probably does not mean much but I would like to take the time to say
thank you for taking the time to create such a detailed and descriptive
page. I also loved your comparison between giving someone a raspberry
and how to control the air flow. |
| Thank
you again, Keith |
| I would like to thank you for your donation to Ryan, a student here at Denver Academy. He brought in 3 of the 4 Didgeridoo’s that you gave to him, and he has donated them to the school. It is our plan to make a didgeridoo class or club and allow Ryan to be the teacher for this class. His excitement and motivation for this activity is amazing and it is thanks to your generous gift to him and this school. |
| Thank you so much,
Paul,
Music Teacher,
Denver Academy |
| Thanks
for your help! I know how to drone. I picked up on that really easy. I
can also circular breathe (when I don't do the didge sound ex: blowing
how I usually exhale only regulating the air flow.) I can do the owl,
kangaroo and tightening and loosening of lips. Your didges are awesome!

| Satisfied
(11 year old) customer, Chris! |
| The didge is great, really great. It's beautiful and
sounds nice. I'm very happy because I was able to get the basic tone on
the first day I got the didge. When I got home after work I spent 5 or
6 hours trying to get the basic tone and finally I got it. It's magic,
really magic how you get the sound from such instrument: no holes or valves
on it, just your lips pressure doing the work. The tutorial c.d. is great
as well. Although I had thoroughly listened to it and I'm learning step
by step: basic tone, volume and pitch varying and the circular breathing
exercises using the water cup and the straw. Too much to be done yet but
as you say "you shouldn't really think of it as practice because this
instrument is fun to learn". Now I've got something to be said to visitors:
if this is your first time at this site and if you're looking for didgeridoos
and didge related stuff, here is the right place. No, I don't have any
commercial relationships to The Didgeridoo Store and I'm giving you this
piece of advice just because this site is the most complete I've ever
seen (lots of useful stuff completely free) and because Grahm & Trish
are very kind people. They answered my questions even before I ordered
the didge from them. Their prices are very reasonable too. So, if you
wish to get into the didgeridoo world, I'm sure you can start here. Enough
for now, otherwise I'll take the whole page. Again I thank you, Grahm
& Trish, for everything you did and have done for me. Congratulations
for the nice work. |

it and nice doing business with ya, if anyone ever asks i'll send em to
you. |

| The
slide didge arrived at noon today and I am excited with the product and
the cd. The fact that it arrived safe and sound 24 hours after I talked
to you over the phone is wonderful. I may even use the bubble wrap as
sound effects for my didge practice. The instrument is certainly unique
and I will have a great time learning to use it with my school presentations.
This will certainly be a valuable and versatile instrument to add to my
didge collection. I will let you know how I am getting along with my practice.
Thank you for your hospitality and guidance in helping me further my relationship
with the didgeridoo. I look forward to a long association with the didge
and with the Didgeridoo Store. |

| My instrument arrived today and it is awesome! I've been playing
for about an hour and am starting to get the hang of it. |
| Best,
Andrew. |
| Thanks!
I want to complement you on the web page. Its the kind of useful and stimulating
activity that demonstrates the real potential of the net. It is also the
kind of business operation that makes the consumer (me) feel that they are well and fairly treated. I didn't know anything about the didge
except that I was intrigued by the sound....after going through your page,
I got an ABS pipe and within twenty minutes was getting a good consistent
drone. The next day I started experimenting with a beeswax mouthpiece.
This has been great fun for me and I have "amazed and impressed my friends!"
So, I'm more than happy to give you my business, and I know your material
will all be high quality. Your electronic ordering was clear and efficient,
which gives the user confidence in the whole process. |
| Congrats
on a job well done! Bruce |
| Thank
you for being on the web or I might have never been able to get a didgeridoo.
I received my didge and haven't been able to put it
down since. The instructional CD has been helpful in teaching me the fundamentals.
I am very pleased with the quality of sound and materials my didge is
designed with. Again, Thank you. P.S. Just so you know, I will eventually
be ordering from you again, hopefully soon. |

| It
is Nate, proud new owner of a very nice didgeridoo, that you
sent me. I just received it today, and I have been playing it since 1:30.
I love it. The tips on circular breathing will prove to be very helpful
because I have no idea how to begin going about learning, so that is great.
I know as I mature in my playing and skill level, I will enjoy this instrument
more and more. Thank you for all of your help and time and effort, and
I will talk to you later. God bless, and have a great day. |
| Nate |
| It
is Nate again. I am just thrilled with my new wonderful instrument.
I mastered circular breathing in just one day, and I have been amazed
at the amount of versatility this thing has. I just sit in my room, while
people on the floor stand in awe of the sounds that I can make with this.
I have so much to learn, but I know that I have accomplished so much already,
and I will continue to do so. Thank you for your resources and you encouragement.
God bless, and good night. |

here - Good job on the website, it looks really good. Lots of good info,
too. I gotta tell 'ya, the only CD I have listened to since we got back
from Palm Springs is the Didgeridoo USA CD. Man, there are some mind-blowing
players on that CD! And I love my new didj, I play it for hours at a time,
I am even getting better with that whole circular breathing thing. Heck,
Grahm, by the time we next meet, I might just be able to keep up with
you! :-) Anyway, once again,
great site, great product. |
| See
ya! Tim. |
| Got
my Didijeridoo today , thanks for the quick service. I told all my friends
about your Didges and other great stuff, keep up the great work. |

| Hello!!
My name is Jette, and I am a foreign exchange student from Germany. Well,
right now I stay in South Dakota, and there are not very many people,
so I brought my Didgeridoo with me when I came to this place. You probably want to know the reason why I'm writing to you...
I guess I just want to tell you what one single didgeridoo can change!
Anyways, I bought mine last year in January in Berlin, Germany. It is
made of bamboo, it was really cheap, and it doesn't have the full and
deep sound of the original eucalyptus ones...and it has a crack:), oh
well, but I still learned how to play it, because I kept practicing every
day. A few months ago I decided to bring it to school and to show my band
teacher what it is and how it sounds like..he was SO EXCITED!!:) He gives
me the whole Band period to practice, and I played on 3 Basketball games.
In this part of America most of the people haven't heard it, except once
in Crocodile Dundee maybe..and you know what? They all love it! But the
best part: a while ago my band teacher ordered a didgeridoo...a real Australian
eucalyptus one, because he wants to learn it now :) . His name is Tim,
he ordered #EX10, and it arrived TODAY in school! Today was the first
day in my life where I was able to play a REAL didgeridoo. I had a lot
of practice almost the whole year, but when I played that didgeridoo,
I just felt so wonderful. We don't have school the next two days, so he
just gave it to me so that I can practice on it..it stands beside me right
now, and today was a really awesome day for me:). For the spring concert
we are going to make a song on our own, he ordered a Bull roarer, too,
so we'll see what we can do with that! Ohh well, I just wanted to share
that with you! I'm so sorry, I would love to order a didgeridoo from you,
too....maybe in a few years then when I have enough money to buy a REALLY
gooood one:), I promise, I'll come back to you home page! |
| BYE,
Jette |
| To whom it may concern,
I just received my package from you guys today after ordering it on Sunday.
I just wanted to say thank you very much for your fast service. I really
appreciate it! Thanks again, |

| Hi there, I just
wanted to let you know that I've had my didge for a few weeks, and you
were absolutely right. Now that I can play, I can't wait to get my next
one! I have been playing for between 1 and 3 hours per day ever since
it arrived, and love every minute. I can't wait to visit your store, and
gain a better understanding of the differences between one type of didge
and another. Thank you for helping me out over the phone and getting me
hooked up with such a wonderful (and reasonably priced) instrument. |
| -Peter |
| The Frank Thill instrument
arrived today and it is exceptional in tone and responsiveness. I can
really appreciate a huge difference that the best represents. Right off
the bat I can produce a full range of sounds and effects. I'll be the
envy of other musician friends for sure. Thank you for your advice and
quality service. |

| Hello,
just a quick note to let you know how happy I was with my first visit
to your store, and my new didge. The people were very pleasant and helped
me pick out an instrument to fit my needs. It sounds great and is all
that you promised it would be. Again many thanks and I look forward to
stopping by again. |

| Hi
there, Well I just wanted to say Thank you, to the both of you. I had
always admired this instrument. Me and my Isis have been searching for
years to find out what the name was, and how to get our hands on one.
Till 2 ors ago, you both were in San Jose, Ca at the Tapestry & Talent
show. It was around Christmas time. We were walking around and heard you
playing this instrument we had been wanting to find for many years. We
followed the music and found the both of you, playing the didge. Oh, the
excitement we felt seeing this in front of our eyes. We couldn't believe
it! :) We jumped on the opportunity and found out the name of the instrument,
where this was originated, how to play it, and of course to purchase a
couple beginner didges. You say that you want to "enhance peoples' lives
through music and culture," and I want to say, you truly have opened our
eyes. We have been practicing over the years and have improved. We have
so much fun playing our didges together. I can't tell you how much we appreciate
you coming to our town and sharing your love. My favorite part of owning
a didge is showing off to my friends who don't even know what it is. I hope
that this year we can make it to the Joshua Tree Festival. I would love
to pick up new tricks and jam with other didge lovers. Thank you again for
your instrument and your awesome website. |
| May peace be with
you! :) ~Holly |
| I
found you guys on the web and checked out your store today. I bought the
Ocean Life didgeridoo and I love it! I'm already starting to get the drone.
I'm sure I will be back in a few months to buy a wood one. Great Service
Too! Some guy in a brown outback hat helped me out and even walked back
to the store to get the pattern I wanted. |
| Thanks
a bunch, Bree |
| Just received the big Chad Butler E and it's a beaut. Very fine player with a thunderous bass. Thanks also for including the magazine. The didj bag is very well made and fits perfectly. |
| Irwin |
| Just a quick note to thank you for the didgeridoo. I tried playing it right away and managed to hit the sweet spot for the drone pretty quick but need to practice to hold it there. I discovered my mouth isn't trained to go to that spot right away so the sounds sort of wander from highs to lows (and I use up a lot of air too quick). But practice makes perfect.
I also watched your DVD which I think will be a great help. I'll be ordering some clapsticks once I get going and can work on the rhythms. It never occurred to me I could use them and play the didge at the same time! |
| Best wishes,
Sterling |
| I recently purchased your Item # GH didgeridoo (Geoff Frost/Perception). It arrived in excellent condition and it sounds even better than it looks. I am a horn player (euphonium/baritone) and I am very pleased with your product's craftsmanship, both artistically and sonically.
I will enjoy this instrument for many years.
|
| Thanks for a wonderful product.
