Your order will ship out within 2 - 4 working days. Orders placed over the weekend ship out on Monday and Tuesday.

All orders are insured for damage. If your order is damaged in shipping we will file the claim for you with the shipping company and send you out a replacement product right away.

For orders within the United States: Our online Internet store will display all shipping options and calculate costs when you check out. Didgeridoos with a 4-7 day U.S. delivery have a shipping cost of $13 - $55 depending on size and weight. Express shipping options are available if you need something in a hurry.

For orders outside the United States: Shipping cost is $25 - $85 for 5-10 day delivery depending on size and weight. The item then has to clear your countries customs department. This can take another 10-15 days depending on how busy they are. There also may be additional International customs clearance charges or taxes that your Country may charge you upon delivery. Contact us before ordering a didgeridoo. We may not be able to ship a didgeridoo to your country due to shipping size restrictions.
